Welcome to our versatile and spacious facilities, perfect for your next event! We proudly offer pet-friendly accommodations that can handle large trucks, trailers, self-contained RVs, livestock trailers, and food trucks. With a range of services available, including sound equipment, singers, bart, decorators, event planners, photographers, and chauffeur services upon request, we ensure your event runs smoothly. Conveniently located on 259 North, between Kilgore and Henderson, TX, we're just across from the Rusk County Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Rules & Policies

1. Licensed and Bonded Security is required for all Adult Events except family reunions ending by 8pm, religious events, funeral services, weddings, and banquet dinners as determined by Booker's Dude Ranch.

2. Reservations can only be held with payment in full for facility. There are NO refunds on bookings. If you cancel, you may choose another available date only. Security deposits are refundable up to $475 if no damages to facility and facility is restored to pre-rental condition. No exceptions.

3. No Weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises except for On Duty Law Enforcement and Approved Security Personnel
